Client: UN Women, UNDP, UNHCR and OHCHR
Timeframe: 6 months
About this project
A Practitioner's Toolkit on Women's Access to Justice Programming provides theory and practical guidance for organizations and decision makers addressing the legal and justice challenges that women face around the world.
It is a joint publication between UN Women, UNDP, UNODC and OHCHR.
I worked in close collaboration with UN Women, to design the layout and implement a visual system that would help the reader easily locate the different types of information found across the document.
Design elements
To help navigate the Toolkit more easily, we assigned a different color to each of the 6 modules, while maintaining the same structure in layout and the visual elements.
The information was presented with summary side notes, highlights and excerpts from legal documents, text references, and analyses displayed as tables, graphics and boxes.
